We offer for aspiring entrepreneurs an introductory price of 500 CZK / month. Providing the volume of accounting documents do not exceed the stipulated limit, the annual financial statements will be composed for no fee.

Statutory service

The term of office of the Board of directors was significantly shortened after January 1, 2014

The term of office of members of the Board in joint stock company was reduced to just one year after January 1, 2014 (§ 439 par. 3 of Business Corporations Act). Unless the articles of association set longer term of office, the duties as member of the Board of Directors become ineffective after one year (and liabilities, that he would accepted when continuing to deal on behalf of the company, are thus invalid).

We offer a complete one-off legal adaptation:  

• organizing general meeting with a notarial deed;
• editing the text of articles of association in order to set up the desired length of term of office (e.g. original 5 years as determined by the former Commercial Code)
• inserting the full text of the articles of association in the Collection of the Commercial Register

Price for adaptations of statutes including the transfer to electronic form is CZK 9 900 (+VAT)

Providing statutory persons (the "Nominee Service")

For companies based in the business centre AVANTIA in Prague 2, which take advantage of our accounting service, it is possible to provide people to statutory functions. They have no executive activities; executive director of business appointed by the client has rights to conduct the business upon power of attorney.

The price of nominee services depends primarily on the volume of sales of the company.

Telephone exchange service (PBX service)

This service allows you to present your company by fixed telephone line. It is redirected to your cell phone, where you just insert its number into the list of contacts and you can later recognize that the call is coming from it. Line can also be used as disguising element. You can also order the operator service to the line, who answers the phone by agreed manner and redirects the call to your cell phone.  

• Price of a redirected line is 190 CZK / month 
• Price of a line with operator service is CZK 390 / month

Companies liquidation

Commercial companies come and go. Liquidation is the form of their demise. Liquidation can be voluntary when it is the decision of the General Meeting, or forced when it is the decision of court. The liquidation by its nature means company dissolution and settlement of all external relations - receivables and liabilities, as well as of internal relations - allocation of possible positive balance after liquidation.

During the liquidation of the company is a person exposed to considerable psychological pressure, which severely limits his ability to think and act rationally. Additionally, most business owners have not in this area the necessary experience and knowledge of laws, because nobody liquidates a company on a daily basis, which may have civil and criminal law consequences. The liquidation process differs depending on whether it is only the public, it is not necessary to negotiate with creditors and debtors, because relationships are aligned, usually because the company is a long time idle, or whether it is private. Private liquidation depends on the volume of outstanding relations. Price is therefore constituted by an agreement based on the principles of financial advisory.
